That said, and to avoid an avalanche of fury, the fact remains that my support for Gore in 00 vs. Bush and for Kerry in 04 vs. Bush came with the knowledge that both races were close. The 00 race perilously so.

Given that Bush cheated in both elections, there were still huge popular vote totals for a ticket comprised of George W. Bush and his organ grinder, Cheney.

It's that percentage of voters that has me worried. Even with the funny machine work from Diebold, that was still way too many fools casting votes for heartless lizards.

I have never been a political consultant, but I bet I would be pretty damn good at it. I come with a pretty diverse skillset... most are surprised at what else I can do. ;)
