i went ahead and clicked the petsmart page as linked from the afa site. the first slide in the show that appeared said:

"Surprise your pet with the perfect gift for Christmas & the Holiday Season"

could afa be lying? :shrug:

5. For some reason I always liked Pet Smart - now I know why

I thought it was because of their pet adoption efforts or their dog training classes. But there was more - they refuse to knuckle under to a bunch of dumbshit christiamofascists playing the victim card. I have two horses three dogs and five cats and I spend probably $200 per month on animal related supplies, a lot of it at Pet smart anyway.

I regret that I do not buy pet-related merchandise. Otherwise, I would divert the majority of my spending in your company's direction, owing to your respectful attitude toward United States values, specifically, holiday spending.

I find the campaign by knuckleheaded religionists to force you to use a word of their choosing morally corrupt. But then, that's what they stand for.

Please keep up your outstanding advertising and marketing rhetoric. I'm on your side and completely against fools such as the "American (sic) Family Association" who would force their language and values on the rest of us.
