Nancy Grace hospitalized

ATLANTA, Georgia (AP) -- Nancy Grace, who gave birth to twins earlier this month, has been hospitalized with blood clots in her lungs, a complication of her recent pregnancy. The 48-year-old Headline News talk anchor sought treatment Sunday after she experienced discomfort and began having trouble breathing while on her way to church, said CNN spokeswoman Janine Iamunno.

"She was brought to the emergency room in Atlanta," Iamunno said in a statement Tuesday. "Her doctors found two blood clots in her lungs, which occurred as a result of the pregnancy. She is currently recovering and is expected to be released by the end of the week." Iamunno declined to identify the hospital for security reasons.

Grace gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl, after doctors induced labor two months before her due date. The babies were born November 4. John David weighed 5 pounds, 1 ounce, and Lucy Elizabeth weighed 2 pounds, 15 ounces.

She had developed a pulmonary edema -- fluid in the lungs -- and doctors told her it would be better for her health, and that of the children, if they induced labor early, the network said.

2. I REALLY don't like her, but I wish her well...
In the week after our twins came home, my wife had bleeding and was admitted to the hospital.

Let me tell you, this Dad was NOT prepared for what lay ahead! (Newborn twins are rough enough for TWO people).

During her stay, I experienced the terror of the possibility that what was wrong could have been serious, and how my boys wouldn't have a mother, like my adopted sister. (sleep deprivation will make you think and do all kinds of crazy things).

Anyway, I actually do watch Nancy from time to time, perhaps because I don't hate her with the white hot hatred I have for Glenn Beck, and while I don't LIKE her, I do wish her well.

4. I hope she comes through it OK, it would be tragic to go through so much
to bring two little babies into the world only to leave them behind.

5. I can't stand the woman
I wish her no personal ill, but it would greatly gladden
my heart to hear that after this ordeal, she decided to
chuck her "job" at CNN and decided to "spend more time
with her family," as she now really has one.
