What kind of Ad's are you seeing? Who has the best ads? Who is getting hit with the most negative press and ads? What are people talking about? What do you think will happen in your state?

1. Ron Paul is on TV & radio 5x anybody else in NH
It drives me insane - his followers are so goofy in the ads - I'm tired of seeing/hearing them (radio ad is same as TV ad :eyes: )

No good ads - I'd say Hillary's ads are a little better than Barack's, but nothing to write home about. I flip the channel when a Repuke comes on, so I know not about their ads. Mailings are from Hillary, Barack and that empty suit Romney. I shred Romney's crap the minute I get it. Lots of phone messages and invites to local events via email - Edwards seems to be more grass-roots in this way. Edwards/Richardson have run TV spots, still nothing to get excited over. I see Huckabe and Romney signs for Repukes, Hillary, Richardson and Gravel are most popular among Dems in the early going - lol.

2. Iowa here - Repug ads are awful. Tancredo has a really bad new one
go here to see it. It is really bad:

I think local media has been really fair. They pretty much report the event without much comment. I seldom watch local TV - pretty much owned by out of state companies. I really think they are going out of their way to be fair.
Events most every weekend. We are now in the door knocking season. Phone calls all the time.
Let me say the lowly local staffers, those kids on the bottom around here are wonderful, wonderful. We know most of them and are proud to call them friends. The Obama kids are great as are the Edwards kids and the Richardson kids and the Hillary kids and the Dodd kids. They also know each other and are friends. They know that in a few months they may be working together.

4. I am south of the border (NH) but close enough to get all the ads.
Most of them go after Clinton, GOP AND Dem. None say "Bush sucks" really.

Romney has a fascist one, touting his corporate management skills, and likening America to a business. While so doing, he shits on Clinton and claims her Presidency would be an "internship." Snicker fucking snicker.

Obama had a horrible ad up--I called it "Jesus in the Living Room." He was babbling in disjointed fashion to people who were looking up at him with glassy eyes. Thank GOD, he dumped that one. He replaced it with one I have only seen twice, out of the corner of my eye. It's way better, it gives more facts, and it's not so high-falutin. If I had to gripe, I'd say that his voice tone when he's speaking to the 'ad' audience and when they're pulling in oratorical clips--well, it sounds like two different people. And there's a distracting fellow in the background at the end of the ad --you cannot see his head, but you can see his MASSIVE, and I mean MASSIVE gut in profile. To be fair, the second ad is way better than the first and I haven't seen it enough times to fully critique it, and like I said, it beats the first one by a mile.

McCain has an idiot ad beating up Clinton, too. He makes fun of the appropriation for the Woodstock Museum.

Richardson has a genius ad. It lists his priorities, is beautifully produced, a visual JOY, well done, and he comes across as sincere and direct.

The Edwards ad comes across well--again, I haven't focused on it. It's shot from below. He sounds good in it.

Clinton's ads come across the same way, she sounds measured and reasonable--I haven't, I admit, focused on them either, but I think there is more than one. I think she's going for quick fifteens rather than fast thirties. (Seconds, that is).

5. Romney is running against Clinton. Ads every 10 minutes.
He thoroughly gives me the creeps. Says that it's time for change in DC and to support him.

Ron Paul sounds level headed and like somebody I could support. He wants government out of your personal life. ( If I didn't know better)

Thompson says he has principals and if we live by them he'll win. Sounds like someones grandpa.

Hillary has good ads. A lot of them.

I like Edwards ads, not too many of them.

Richardson has great ones.

Obama has a couple running pretty often.

Dodd has been running a couple also.
