Craig Crawford is a Hillary media shill. Countdown.
Tonight on Countdown, Craig Crawford made the idiotic twist in logic that the Hillary townhall plant still works in her favor. WTF?

Crawford and Chris Cilissa (sic) are consistent pro-Hillary media hacks. Let's not even go over how wrong Dana Milbank is for Keith's show. I like Keith, but I'm getting the sense of late that the show bias is stacked towards Hillary as evinced by his selection of media-type guests.

1. They can say anything they
want..they have the bully pulpit. Just have to leave it to thinking people whether "plants work in her favor".

I say they don't want to leave anything to chance but the Law of Unintended Consequences has other plans.

10. Just saw the clip. What OP said happened, didn't happen.
Sorry about the fact checking, but HillBashing posts usually deserve it.

2. KO does seem pro-Hillary
I still like his show, but he's proven to be favorable towards Clinton and negative towards Obama.

7. That's nonsense.
People who favor one candidate over another just look at his show and imagine that he is "favoring" some other candidate over theirs.

If you don't HAVE a favorite candidate to begin with, and I don't, you don't see that bias...because IT ISN'T THERE.

8. I love the assurance with which people say "That's a fact" months before it can happen.
Just an observation.

is hardly being a shill. Craig Crawford is a decent guy and he's on our side.

6. So it worked for 8 years for bush and the media didn't care
why all the shit being spewed because Hillary's campaign planted a question....golly...leave it up to obamasuckups to make a mountain out of a molehill. But then we can leave it up to Mitchell Obama to try to force black people to vote for Obama..

Guess the blacks in this country got more sense than you Obama supporters think they do.

12. Totally disagree with the OP. Firstly, as Crawford pointed out, this is
done all of the time. If you're going to speak at this type of forum and there are important points you want to get out, and no one asks the questions, well...??? I'm no fan of HRC, but the constant sniping over stupid sh*t like this is such a waste. Keith consistently has great people on his show, including my fav John Dean. Concentrate on your own candidate and let HRC take care of herself. This is why I like Bidenites, they emulate their candidate and save the smear and snark for others.

19. And, I guess the news today that the shill question wasn't the only one makes it o.k.?
We wouldn't be talking about "stupid sh*t" like this if Hillary had the courage of her convictions and didn't stack the deck in her favor during townhall meetings. She like prepared questions because that keeps her on message and avoids the trouble of actually taking a stand on a issue. She's working through the "let's not offend" political playbook, which is a meaningless and empty way to allow the populace to make an informed decision about a candidate.

She made the problem, not DUers who simply comment about her problem.

13. It is an NBC show, and ultimately it is still a vehicle of a major defense contractor
General Electric has a legal obligation to it's shareholders to increase their share value. You don't do that by allowing your media outlets to shut down your major profit center, the war.

I'm afraid KO is the bone they toss us so they can claim they're not just like Fox. But pretty much every other NBC-based "news" program is just "Fox Lite."

15. You've got it all figured out.
How does that explain Chris Matthews constantly jumping all over her for every little thing. He works for NBC too.

17. Chris Matthews has consistently been one of the biggest war trumpeters
And he only recently decided to pretend he's always been opposed to it. But Matthews has always hated Clinton. It was his shtick before KO's show was ever on the air. He personally dislikes the Clintons, and that is actually different than the institutional positions espoused by the corporation. In the end, while Chris gets a couple of minutes to bash Hillary, it is always followed by Pat Buchanan and the usual shills beating the drum about her "inevitability" and what an awesome, great, greatly awesome, wonderful perfect candidate she is. The republicans say this about her.

Chris is just there to make it seem slightly less obvious, but he is a total hack who is love with Giuliani. And that is also part of the storyline..."America's Mayor" up against the ex-first lady. It ratings, baby, ratings! Both are war mongers, so GE wins in the end either way.

14. He's a shill for Hillary....
Because he doesn't jump all over her for every little thing??? This kind of stuff happens to all the candidates. I've worked in campaigns. They hire a bunch of people who occasionally make mistakes or turn out to have a past...or whatever. The candidate does not micro manage every detail. That's why they have a staff!

16. Media is key - they convinced GOP lawmakers and voters they NEEDED Rove
Edited on Tue Nov-13-07 10:03 AM by blm
and the Bush "machine' to gain power, and they've convinced too many gullible Dem lawmakers and voters that they need the Clinton 'machine' to win. So rank and file of both parties are loathe to express differences with Bushes and the Clintons.

So what happens? You get two allegedly different 'machines' working for the same overall agenda.
