6. Iraq War has never been FOR the USA.
It was for the personal enrichment of the USA's ruling class.

9. It has been a lie even as a war.
Invasion: success.
Toppling of government: Success.
Installation of puppet government and vesitigial "democracy": Done.
Occupation and rebuilding: dismal, bloody failure.
Keeping the nation from dissolving into strife and chaos: made worse by occupation.

What constitutes a war? Managing another nation by force and stealing its oil? Destroying an enemy? Establishing dominance? This is conquest and dissolution with the intervening occupation and seizing of assets a quick, total disaster. The only way it can signify as a war is for conquest to extend toward Iran and prolong the moment of rapid dissolution even as it guarantees it.

Another victory like Iraq and we are finished. Paraphrasing Pyrrhus, or more exactly, how dominant military forces lose wars.
