Hot, soapy shower recommended after viewing.

2. Curveball: an alcoholic and a fabricator
From the Times Online, February 2007:

Curveball was an Iraqi informer for the BND, the German foreign intelligence service. According to Curveball, Iraq was indisputably developing mobile biological weapons laboratories. After the attack on the World Trade Centre, the CIA repeatedly asked the BND for access to him. The Germans refused. The reason, Drumheller heard from the BND, was that Curveball was an alcoholic and a fabricator. Independent checks on his supposedly witness evidence of Iraqi WMDs proved that he was lying. Drumheller’s scepticism of Curveball was not, however, shared by other parts of US intelligence.

Just another example of how this administration ignored any information that didn't support their agenda in Iraq.

5. It was Bush's "Tall Tale" that took us into Iraq, not this guy's.

6. The Bush mafia "trusts" anyone who says what they want.
Fine people like Ahmed Chalabi.

It's not really a matter of judgment. You give the Bush mafia too much credit. They were not trying to do the right thing. They were finding people to lie to support their war for oil. They knew they were lying about uranium from Africa and they knew this guy was lying too.
