Any Democrat opposed to Mr. Kucinich's impeachment resolution needs to go
Edited on Sun Nov-04-07 11:23 AM by lynyrd_skynyrd
The line has been drawn in the sand. It is time for Democrats to pick a side. Every single Democrat who opposes the impeachment of Dick Cheney is a Democrat in name only. Each and every one of them needs to be challenged in a primary and replaced by a liberal.

Fifty four percent of Americans are in support of impeaching the vice president.

Forty five percent of Americans are in support of impeaching Bush.

When Nixon was impeached, only forty three percent of Americans favored impeachment. (Source)

Only twenty six percent of Americans favored impeaching President Clinton. AND THE REPUBLICANS DID IT ANYWAY.

There is no so called "political suicide" here, not to mention that it's the right thing to do as a matter of law.

The time has come.

1. And another even more important point that Kucinich brings to lite is...
it is a requirement to impeach him as the Constitution states... They have committed Impeachable offenses on many fronts and it is the duty of Congress to bring articles of Impeachment.

2. So it's "You're either with us or you're with the enemy"?
Is that it?

Even though i agree with Kucinich and i think the standard for impeachment was reached 4 years ago, this sort of ultimatum is ridiculous.

You know what? If i am not for it, it does not mean i am against you. It simply means i am not for it. This nonsense is exactly the logic used to drumbeat us into war with Iraq.

3. Bush: "You're either for us or for the terrorists"
I'm not a single issue voter.
