don't ask, long story and quite unoficial

But when all was said and done over 120 nations sent help of one type or antoher

I'm just pointing to one very small slice of that help... which actually got comical at one point.

Hell, at one point we had a pool going as to how long it would take Rice to fold... sick pool but hey.. gallows humor
