My understanding is that copies of the e-mails in question are being provided to Waxman's staff and the House ethics committee staff this coming week. The Davises reportedly were not very careful to cover their tracks to conceal how they got the list (and Bush political appointees could be implicated for providing the list for fundraising purposes, to boot): http://www.ccr.gov/data.aspx

Only authorized Federal Government procurement officials are supposed to gain access to the mine-able lists.

Her slimebag husband has already dropped out of the Senate race to replace John Warner in 08. He'd have lost to Mark Warner anyway. Hopefully we'll get rid of him from Congress then as well.
