Poll question: How "decided" are you about your Dem primary vote?
Edited on Wed Oct-31-07 05:50 PM by TwoSparkles
Just wondering how many people have finalized their decision
about who the Dem nominee should be.

I haven't made a decision yet. Still pondering.

At least in the primary I can vote PROUDLY for my candidate. May not be able to do so during the general election.

21. After '04, there wasn't a question.
I spent some time deliciously wondering what I'd do if someone entered the race that really challenged him on issues, but it's no surprise that didn't happen.

DK all the way for me. :woohoo:

2. Only if Al Gore runs.....
If not, I'll just wait for the general and vote for whomever the nominee is.

6. Define 'soon'
Our primary is in February. By then it may not matter. I may just pick someone when I get in the voting booth.

7. Other.
I don't have to decide. NC's primary is in May. It'll be a done deal by then.

11. What?!?! I thought our Primary was in February! Damn! This was the first
time I cared enough to even vote in the Primary. Story of my life.

8. Fairly Certain
I really like Joe Biden, but I don't really dislike any of the candidates, and my mind is often changed by thoughtful arguments on messageboards just like this.

I have to add one thing: the anti-Clinton stuff is really, really begining to PISS me off, and it almost makes me want to vote for her to spite these ridiculous assholes.

14. As a Californian
I know who I am hoping will win, but in 2004 my candidate washed out before we even got to vote, so I may change my mind closer to the actual voting day. Or I may not; I wound up voting for Dean anyway in '04 even though he'd withdrawn. :P

18. As a matter of principle, I don't commit myself until I cast my vote.
Edited on Wed Oct-31-07 07:14 PM by TahitiNut
That doesn't mean I don't assess the positions of the candidates against my own core values ... WHICH IS ALL THAT MATTERS TO ME. I can't (and won't) tell another person how to vote - and won't allow others to attempt to coerce me, either.

20. I will wait for Gore until the day I vote, only then if he isn't on the ballot
will I make my second choice pick. At the moment it would probably be Dodd or Biden.
