1. wow, so not only did he lie about planning
he also went to war based on not even the least provocative hint of Iraqi resistance. The was no interference, there was no Shootdown, and there was no violation of No Fly Zones.

Yee-hw, Iran, here we come! :eyes:

2. "Fool Me Twice"
"There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again."

— George W. Bush, Nashville, Tenn., Sept. 17, 2002

4. The National Security Archives is greatest treasure this country has right now.
If it wasn't for their diligence in pursuing and maintaining the REAL HISTORIC RECORD, this nation would have no access to the real history that is being revised YEARLY, WEEKLY, and DAILY by the the DC powerstructure and their corporate media propagandists.

8. The day he annointed himself "The Decider"
I remember those days. "I decide when we go to war, you don't decide. And I haven't decided we're going to war. {b}I and the decider. Why do you keep saying that?"

When it was reported that we (the military) had "plans" wasn't troubling. I'm sure they have "plans" regarding every nation on the globe. It was the timing of the War Games that took me from Radar to Red Alert.

9. Document reveals Nixon plan to seize Arab oil fields
revealed by Brit intelligence New Year's '04

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/c/a/2004/01/02/MNG8G427D61.DTL

The old plans, that Cheney and Rummy had all along from the olden days, merely needed dusting off and replacing 'Saudi Arabia' with the new name 'Iraq'. Also, check out the maps of the Iraq oil fields posted on Judicial Watch's website along with the Quaker's website showing the '14 Permanent Bases in Iraq' and voila !

No wonder Sen McCain says we'll be in Iraq what, 10 to 20 years, 'that's not so bad' !

Bob Herbert 'Heads in sand'
http://spectrumz.com/z/fair_use/2004/09_04.html

""When asked this week on CNN how long the U.S. military is likely to remain in Iraq, Senator John McCain replied "probably" 10 or 20 years. "That's not so bad," he said...""

10. That's one fucked up PowerPoint presentation!
I'm glad I don't have to imagine sitting in a room, and having a presentation like that thrown at me. Did anyone see this and think: my God, they're all MAD? (I guess that Treasury sec guy who resigned, whoever he was, did)

And to further shudder, what monster created this thing in the first place? What ring of hell belches out people like that?

Did their mothers never read to them as small children?
