I sort of admire the tenacity of those who insist he IS running since he's given no "Sherman Statement".

But it seems a little like Linus sitting the pumpkin patch while everyone else is out trick-or-treating.

Poor Charlie Brown, I can still hear him saying "I got a rock".

Shulz never does let Charlie Brown kick that football and the Great Pumpkin never does show up. (sorry for the spoiler)
