I am going to a question and answer session with the Michael Hayden, head of the CIA, tonight, and I get to ask one question. I still haven't thought of what I want to ask. Suggestions would be appreciated.

1. What color of ladie's underwear do you have on underneath the uniform? n/t
I think it's actually a smaller uniform, underneath the one he never removes.

2. That's funny cuz I was gonna ask if he could tell me if I wore boxers or briefs
I just want to know how personal their file on me actually gets.

I've got no illusions about having a file. I'm sure there was one opened when I got my TS&C clearance in the way back. I'd just sort of like to make corrections, cause I really like granny panties more than the french style high cut briefs, and I don't like the boy shorts at all!!!!! :P

to review the fourth amendment to the constitution and do you still feel that warrants can be issued on reasonable suspicion, instead of the clear provision delineated in that amendment of probable cause? Edit: And if that is still your position, wouldn't the American people be justified in demanding warrants be issued to investigate your missuse of authority, seeing as how you have provided not only reasonable suspicion, but also probable cause to show you are incapable of properly interpreting the constitution you took an oath to uphold?

6. Oooohh, I LIKE that!
After watching that video, it IS what I am planning to ask him about. I was thinking of asking about the spy program starting before 9/11, but since most of the documents are "classified" he probably wouldn't answer anyway. There is PROOF of this, his big head is right there on video saying that if anyone knows the fourth amendment, it's the CIA. I've printed out the fourth amendment, on the same paper as my question, just in case he still doesn't know and I need to read it to him. Now I just hope they choose me as one of the people to ask one.

4. Why did you get to keep your job on 9/12/01?
Gen. Hayden was PROMOTED (!!!) after 9/11. Does that make any sense at all? We are told 9/11 was the worst intelligence failure in US history yet the man who ran the NSA got rewarded with successive promotions (DDNI then CIA Director). And he just so happens to support Bush's domestic spying program and torture policy. I'm sure that is just a coincidence.

The CIA 9/11 internal review report has never been declassified because Goss and Hayden refused to release it. The executive summary of the report was declassified due to an amendment in the Improving America's Security Act of 2007. IG Helgerson recommended the convening of disciplinary panels because the actions of some CIA officials were so out of line. Of course Goss refused to do so and Hayden agreed with Goss's decision.

Then there is the issue of the AT&T call monitoring requested by Hayden's NSA seven months BEFORE 9/11.

And the al Qaeda hub in Yemen (used by al-Hazmi and al-Mihdhar) monitored by NSA.

7. Well, guess what? I didn't get to ask anything because...
when I got to the check in table where you give them your drivers license, the girl said, "I'm sorry, ma'am, your name is on a list of people who are not allowed in." I've had a ticket for weeks. I am not a terrorist. I am not a criminal. I am a mom and a grandmother and a very nice person. NOBODY would tell me how I got on the list or why or anything. I am freaked out and pissed off and I am making a hell of a lot of phone calls in the morning!!!!

8. Now that is fucked up.
Member of Hayden's (or someone) staff monitors DU, notices thread, notes username, identifies username's identify, adds identity to the no-entry list

There is definately a weird connection between posting a thread asking for some questions to ask and then mysteriously not being allowed attendance to the event.

My thoughts are with you. Real scary.

9. Thanks, I am still freaked out here.
and on top of that, I've been posting to a newsgroup for ten years or so and when I posted there about what happened tonight, it didn't show up. It still hasn't. That has never happened in all the time I've been posting.

12. Weirder.
I might suggest putting this down with pen and paper and letting some friends now. While I don't think anything will happen, having an accurate and dated description of events made at the time will be invaluable should they be required.

And chin up eh? Spend some time with your family and forget these pathetic fools.

I don't buy a lot of threats that are sold, but this one is gonna got get a fuckload more real.

I went with two other people. Someone else bought the tickets with a credit card. She purchased tickets for six people but two separate transactions, three from Indiana (us), three from Illinois. The Illinois people got in. The three of us did not. All three of us were on the list. We are all peace activists, some of the most active in our area, but none of us has done anything to be banned from a speech at a hotel.

We went outside and joined the protesters out there. I took a marker and the piece of paper I had my question printed on and wrote on the back - WHY AM I NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO MY EMPLOYEE? and I marched around until I got so pissed off that I grabbed the mic and I yelled to the city of Chicago: "you need to WAKE UP!!! I didn't come here to protest outside, I came here to sit and listen to a speech and ask one question of a person who works for me. I was told I'm sorry, you're on a list and not allowed inside even though I had a ticket. Nobody would tell me why I wasn't allowed in or how I got put on that list. I am not a terrorist. I am not a criminal. I am not a scary person. I am a mom. I am a grandma. I am YOU. This is AMERICA and I cannot go where I want to go. It is happening all over the country and if it can happen to me, it can happen to YOU. AND YOU. AND YOU. It's time for all of you to wake up and see what is going on here in this country!!!!!"

Only edited because evidently when I'm freaked, I can't type Indiana correctly...

in the lead up to 9/11 and then sold the public on domestic spying and torture is considered a leader and someone trustworthy.

Yet citizens who object to torture, lies, corrupt officials, war profiteering and Constitution trashing policies are considered anti-American.

Sick.

10. I'd ask him for his home Ph. #, but seriously...
I'd ask him if he had a private battle with his conscience before signing off on domestic wiretapping.
