Good artist, good satirist, great marketer, but genius? That just doesn't seem right.

Now Seth McFarlane OTOH, he's obviously a genius.. and he can sing!

It's based on "public opinion." It's a popularity contest, essentially, little different from an Entertainment Tonight Who's Hot/Who's Not poll. Kind of interesting that Albert Hoffman made the top spot though-- I suspect that somehow reflects the fact that the poll was conducted in the UK-- I'd be surprised if many U.S. respondents know who Hoffman is.
