MSNBC: Just reported that FEMA faked it's own press conference on the fires.

They gave reporters 15 minutes notice of the conference, provided their own feed of the event, and had their own staff sit in as reporters and ask a half a dozen programs. WH apparently is pissed, although I'm sure they've pulled the same stuff elsewhere.
