Turkey has attacked Kurdistan

Does anyone realize the implications of this? This may spark widespread war in the region, all thanks to Mr. Bush and his stupidity, arrogance, and greed. Iran might get in on the action, Israel's hand will then be forced, and millions of innocent people will die.

Never mind, though, there are fires in California. The media is incapable of reporting on two things at once.

7. It was only a matter of time

Putin *DROOLED* when we unveiled our new foreign policy of invasion and marking people who resist us as "terrorists."

When all of the world leaders saw the US toss Nuremberg into the toilet, the sound of champagne corks popping 'round the world was deafening.

10. Escalation is escalation.
No other way to define this.

A really bad deal, just wait until the Russians check in.

12. Not to mention the Chinese. . . I don't think

the word "escalation" has been used in this war at all. We have "troop surges" or "increased deployments" but they're avoiding the "e" word and I think we know why.

5. I saw this coming a mile away
I called this years ago. Back in 2003 as a possible result of a US invasion.

I am constantly shocked that I don't have my own tv show when so many of the conservative idiots they prop up have them.

8. And our government will wring its hands and call for a pullback, because, after all,
invading other countries is ONLY acceptable if WE are the ones doing it.

11. As has been the history of the Iraq Occupation:
Everything that was given as an excuse to stay has happened because we are there. Ethnic cleansing. Insurgency spreading to a Civil War spreading to a Regional War. It was all predicted in 2002-3 by ME experts.

I guess they will fight us over here in time.
