He started by describing how this administration is "faith based". Not a slam on religion, he said, but the un-examined assumption that if you believe something strongly enough it IS true.

I was wondering if the reason BushCo thinks this way is that they own people like Rove and assume whatever they say/think, Rove et al can make people believe it. Actions follow belief, thus manifesting the belief in the concrete world. They think it doesn't matter what they say/think, Rove can make it "true" by means of talking-points memos etc.

1. Everybody in the Bush Adminstration comes from the corporate world.

The "growth greedy's" in the corporate culture don't believe in truth. Lies aren't lies, they are just marketing strategies. This is what happens when the "government is run like a business". All you get are LIES AND GREED!
