I think it's a bad bill because it only taxes a narrow group of already-overly-taxed citizens.

It's a great program and I'd like to see it expanded and paid for by everyone - not by those who will either quit their habit when it's taxed beyond their pocketbooks or those who will circumvent the tax by buying the product black market.

As long as we're going to have a society that turns our families into beggars unless they and you are insured to the max, then I want people who:

Sky dive
Ride Motorcycles (usually without helmets)
Race (boats, cars, what have you)
Ride ATV's and Snowmobiles
Smoke
Etcetera

to be in a different insurance actuarial group from me. SURE I'm a spineless little Death Phobic Coward, and I think I ought to be rewarded for it.
