Isn't it time for the frontrunners and the Beltway to STOP dissing activists and idealists?

No matter what we do, our party will never match the GOP in money.

The only way we can win is by nominating candidates that actually generate enthusiasm and on platforms that actually speak to real issues.

The party needs to let activists back in out of the cold if it is to achieve this.

2000, 2002 and 2004 prove that the elitist, slightly right-of-center big-donors model of politics doesn't work for us. 2006 proves that activist-driven ideal-and-hope based politics does. And that the nomination of more activist candidates than center-right elitists would have given us an even BIGGER victory.

What's it gonna take for our beloved Beltway types to get the message that they NEED us if they want to win?

And what have they got to lose by accepting this?

Why stay with failure?
