1. I heard him getting swarmed. Really ugly. They are always so deeply stupid, too.
I think they have a natural hatred for bright people, and can't resist the chance of attempting to scuffle with them.

3. He's did a good job of slapping them down.
I tried to call in especially after Mr. $100,000 a year said that he saves his money for health care and shouldn't have to pay for anyone else. I wanted to get on there and tell Sam that the idiot has no idea what a long term disease costs. My husband died of end state renal disease, but before that his dialysis cost an average of $2,500 a month. He never qualified for a transplant but imagine if you had to pay that out of pocket. He said he would go into the woods to die, but what if it was his wife who got a chronic and medically costly condition? Would he send her into the woods to die? I can't imagine how people are so stupid.

4. Until they are hit for it
One day, we were not too busy, we decided to calculate how much it ran us to take care of a code trauma...

Well we came to 5K just for the joy ride in the ambulance...

average of 30K for the trauma room

and when all was said and done, 50K,

This is almost fifteen years ago, and in Mexico with a bunch of volunteers who didn't draw a salary in the process, well beyond lunch when we were lucky

At the time a night at the ICU here was, on average, 10K

so tripple those numbers... and then add inflation.

And a serious car accident can run over 250K when all is said and done

But they are clueless, truly clueless
