4. The only way we're going to break through our 51-49 mentality, is
to start applying our criminal laws fairly. If people see our pillars get off scot-free from the crimes they commit, then it establishes rules of behavior for everyone else.

that suggests that it's almost patriotic, to do the wrong things. That goes for political crimes.

It doesn't scratch the surface for white collar crime.
