3. I have a problem with the question. In order to sue and WIN you
must prove a company spied on you. From EVERYTHING I've read, that would be a REAL problem! Unless someone from the telecom co. admit it, AND provide proof, your case is SOL.

My problem with the question is "Are we really giving anything up, if we really didn't have a chance to win anyway?"

4. I suspect a good class-action suit against AT&T might

5. Huh? To sue you have to prove damage. Just spying on you...
is not damage unless they do something with what they know.
