5. Here would be one way

Take a length of rope and tie another length in the middle at a 90 degree angle. Then tie a rope to the second rope parallel to the first (at the other end of the second). sit face up on top of the ropes. use rope one to tie your ankles. use rope 3 to tie your wrists and flip over. Walah.
