Tweety is a sucker (no pun intended) for seemingly charismatic male candidates. He seems to be trying to create an "identity" for himself as opposed to KO. Not working - he is too transparent when he goes giddy for guys like Dumbya and Fred and Rudy. He is willing to trash all he learned from Tip O'Neil for his crushes.
