Another time "History will prove me (scrubbie) correct." Another Decider moment

Most, if not all, DUers remember scrubs press conference where he said "History will prove me right." about Iraq. But, a friend reminded me today of another time scrub said history would prove him right.

In the 90's, Major League baseball owners voted 27-1 to change the format of baseball to include having a wildcard team. What team was the lone 'No' vote??? The Texas Rangers. The owner? george 'duh-bya' scrub. When asked about it, duh-bya included in his ramblings "History will prove me correct."
