Doughnut Thief Faces 30 Years....
He stole a doughnut. A single doughnut

1. Bush has attached a signing statement to

the laws prohibiting doughnut theft so it's okay if he does it.

seem a little harsh. A simple assault and battery charge sould be more reasonable.

I don't think, though, that any crime involving violence should be let go as a simple misdemeanor. And the fact that he is shocked is pretty irrelevant. Crooks always are when they get caught. But occassionally, the zebra breaks the lion's jaw and gets away.
