3. I will, that mountain is not that
geologically stable

And the way the houses and plots were created 30 and 40 years ago, didn't help

empty, and fill method

If I had the money I would not buy in that area even if it was a super deal

5. If I had that kind of money, I would buy there,
at least close to the coast. I don't know where in LaJolla this happened.

8. The mountaiin, ok, if you want to call
it a mouuntain, has wonderful views of the ocean.

It is also smack dab in the middle of a fault

Hell that is the home of the famous Soledad Mountain Cross

(Now if that one went down...)
