Dear Breeze,

You and I, and millions of Americans, understand that there is nothing more important than ending this disastrous war in Iraq. The American people have demanded action, and too many in Congress, both Republicans and Democrats, have failed to heed our call. However, there are a number of my Democratic colleagues in the House that have stood up to fear-mongering politics, and stood with us in our efforts to end one of the greatest mistakes in the history of our country.

Today I am asking you to help me recognize those who have supported our efforts to end the war.

We've identified 20 freshman Democrats in the House who have joined us in our efforts to use Congress's 'power of the purse' to safely redeploy our troops out of Iraq - and who will also likely face stiff challenges next year. Like you, I'm frustrated that so many Democrats have failed to do what they were elected to do...end the war in Iraq.
