A woman called police to tell them a man was standing outside in his underwear smoking crack. The cops tasered him and he later died.

I guess the moral of the story is don't smoke crack in your underwear.

It seems to me like it is too easy for the police to reach for their tasers. Back when it was either shoot somebody or figure it out, they took more effort to figure it out.
