Twice. Does the man not have anyone intelligent on his staff? Somebody who will watch for him? Does he even consider fact checking before he opens his mouth? This was an incredibly embarrassing error. And, through the internet, his stupidity lives on.

7. WW2 war crime - massacre of prisoners.

During the Battle of the Bulge close to 100 Americans captured by German Waffen-SS forces were gathered in a field and shot en masse.

Billo is under the impression the sides were switched.

Not to defend him, but he's probably conflating it with the (alleged) Chenogne massacre, where it is claimed that about 2 weeks after the killing of the American POWs, American troops did the same to about 60 German prisoners. (Billo does appear to have forgotten that bit of context, too.)
