2. I came into the thread just to see how long it took for the first Bush joke
to show up.

Does it say in the Constitution that you have to be a person in order to be President?

As far as Bush being a Cyborg, well, maybe that explains why he got the voting machine vote. They were voting for one of their own.

Even Chimps have some pride. They are intelligent beings, whereas Bush is.....
