I dare you to listen to the ENTIRE conversation. The context was about his Grandmother's bigotry because she has never been around blacks.

7. Well.. I have attempted to put this quote in context

"There wasn't one person in Sylvia's who was screaming, `M.F.-er, I want more iced tea.'" and make it come out not racist, but I couldn't do it. I realize O'Reilly was having a conversation about how not racist he is, but the fact that he doesn't think a comment like that, in any context, has racial overtones just shows that he has underlying racial issues that even he doesn't understand. I find it hilarious that after all this time Billo's tried and true strategy of attacking people who quote him still works..
