It is an amendment to the spending bill. They are doing the roll call now.

federal regions.

This amendement is non-binding and will require 60 "Aye" votes to pass.

will vote NO:

- Those who do not even want to suggest something to *,

- Those who refuse to vote for an amendment that does nothing.

I would have thought Feingold voted NO because it is an empty bill, but you may be right.

But I cannot say I like this amendment.

why those two were so quiet on this--don't know what rationale Feingold has. Hagel's my Senator and feels very strongly about political stuff in Iraq. Chances are he didn't think it would be beneficial for some reason.
