Our blood co-mingles, unable to tell yours from mine

A pool, red, sureness is that it's all human

I see my own, blinding you I blind myself, together we see what wasn't

If I can't erase the shock and horror of a young pre-teen boy,
his arms ripped and blown from his body on both sides,
how do our soldiers face this every day and keep their sanity --

proof positive impeach him
and give peace a chance


a war based on lies
innocent lives vainly taken
this madness must cease
