The guys who are trying to bust that union under the false pretenses of concern for the workers, must have awfully deep pockets.

I did find this:

The anti-union commercials recently airing on TV as “UFCW Exposed” comes from an operation run by Rick Berman who uses a bag full of tricks and misrepresentations to bash unions, their members and their leaders all in an effort to further an anti-union business climate. He has no interest in workers rights related to their employer. His only interest is in making money by furthering corporate interests.

This outfit has run campaigns against a lot of unions with full page ads in the New York Times and Washington Post. It’s the UFCW this week- who’s next! This outfit obviously has lots and lots of money to use to tear down unions and working people. Don’t be misled.

Rick Berman's firm is often questioned in the media about his agenda, his funders, his tactics and his claims. His firm often disputes solid science, grossly exaggerates statistics and offers erroneous information to further his big business agenda. He has run campaigns that paint Mothers Against Drunk Drivers as lunatics, says it's OK for pregnant women to eat mercury laden tuna, discounts the science that links obesity to heart disease and argues that second hand smoke is not a big deal.
