Sure Good To See Roger Ebert Back
He's even going back and reviewing films he didn't get to review during his LONG absence (cancer and treatments). He reviewed "The Lives of Others" today. There's not a DUer here that wouldn't LOVE this movie for the warnings it gives us to the dangers of a police state and our loss of liberty and privacy. It's a German film with subtitles, but is #66 on the Internet Movie Database TOP 250 of ALL TIME! Anyway, it's good to have Ebert back and I'm glad he backed up a bit to review this movie:

A must-see for DUers!!

4. Yeah, he's going to see PLENTY of crap!
He's probably wondering what happened while he was gone.

9. Wasn't it? -- Excellent movie!
My wife doesn't like subtitled films, but she said she forgot about the subtitles within ten minutes. Captivating - especially for thoughtful people who understand the parallels and dangers with our own country. It's a slippery slope.
