saying that the Rs were winning and they aren't losers. It was absurd. I don't have a link to it but it was broadcast within the last 15 minutes. He was gloating because Dems haven't been able to get a successful vote on withdrawal from Iraq.

1. How's that campaign going, John?
Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

Loser indeed.

3. Let me interpret what john really said
we republicans did not support the troops yesterday, we will not support them today and we will not support them tomorrow. Because we are republicans and more troops must die tomorrow so those that died yesterday did not die in Vain. Pride keeps us from admitting that we have been wrong all along. Insanity is, without a doubt, a conservative value.

4. Hmmm, let's see.
The majority of Americans want our troops out of Iraq. The Dems can't get them out, because of the Republicans.

Ergo, the GOP is 'winning' their fight against the will of the American people.

Cunning strategy, Johnny. That'll get you the presidency!

5. I just saw it on Hardball.
Thune was there too, both making war speeches at the NRA. Is the NRA completely a Republican organization now?
