1. It's a huge deal.
It takes the administration's corruption to another level. The cops are corrupt too.

4. Do you mean both parties corruption? They are a big family with...
a few black sheep like Dennis Kucinich that are unwanted in their family. One administration could not pull off as much that they have without being enabled to do so for some reason. Look at the war alone, only Dennis Kucinich stood up and said the war was about oil back in 2002 and voted against it while the others sounded like Bush and Cheney. What was there agenda then and has it changed all of a sudden? I don't think so!

Heres a clip of Clintons 2002 speech for a reminder:

In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Qaeda members, though there is apparently no evidence of his involvement in the terrible events of September 11, 2001.

It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons. Should he succeed in that endeavor, he could alter the political and security landscape of the Middle East, which as we know all too well affects American security.

And now we sit with the middle east political and security where? How well is Americas security from what they tell us?

If we continue to ignore the facts and only listen to what they tells us, we will continue to elect more of the same and just complain about it. America needs a new direction in politics, someone willing to take a stand even if only the American people stand behind him. Things are way out of control and will only progress at this pace or faster if we elect who THEY want!

9. In a nutshell
The Republicans couldn't be as corrupt or break as many laws if they didn't have the help of some Democrats.

An Inspector General, who is supposedly independent of those he inspects, is gun-decking reports and the Pest puts it on page 21!

State IG Accused of Averting Probes

By Glenn Kessler and Karen DeYoung
Washington Post Staff Writers
Wednesday, September 19, 2007; Page A21

Howard J. Krongard, the State Department's inspector general, has repeatedly thwarted investigations into contracting fraud in Iraq and Afghanistan, including construction of the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, and censored reports that might prove politically embarrassing to the Bush administration, the chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform charged yesterday in a 13-page letter.
The letter, addressed to Krongard and signed by the committee chairman, Henry A. Waxman (D-Calif.), who released it yesterday, said the allegations were based on the testimony of seven current and former officials on Krongard's staff, including two former senior officials who allowed their names to be used, and private e-mail exchanges obtained by the committee. The letter said the allegations concerned all three major divisions of Krongard's office -- investigations, audits and inspections.
