Are We Even Asking the Right Question??
I have been monitoring TV pretty closely. Both the Media
and individuals(when opportunities present) seem hellbent
on asking Candidates about that old War Vote.

Should we not be concerned with where each candidate stands
on Future Wars?????

What is the Democratic Party's position on Foreign Policy?
How are we going to deal with the Terrorism Problem? What
is our approach? We can pull out of Iraq tomorrow. The "War on
Terrorism" is there, staring us in the face. No matter how
I may feel over half the country is convinced the Terrorists
want to kill us. What is each candidates philosophy and
approach?? What criterior, measurements will each candidate
use to determine the use of Military Force? In other words
what standards very spefically will you(each candidate) use
to go to war against another country?? What is each candidates
stand on Pre-emptive War??? Most of the people on this board
can come up with more and even better questions, I am sure.

I guess I see those old Iraq Votes as something that has been
done, we cannot really undo them. It is much more important
that I know what a candidates intentions for the future foreign
policy of this country.

Do they intend to spend our current safety net out of existence
using the money for wars: How do they plan to pay for future
wars? The Iraq War--being paid for by cutting Domestic
Safety Net and Education and Health Care!!!!! This has to
change for future wars if anyone wants my vote. Yes, I
am only one vote.
How do they plan

2. No
it is an important question. How they delt with foreign policy while in elected office is how they will do it when President. No matter what they say now to win over primary voters.
