7. Heck, even I saw the mortgage crisis coming.
But I also know a good many homebuilders and developers who knew it, as well. Greenspan is just covering his ass for keeping the Prime so low for so long (to help the likes of Bobby Jack Perry, et al.). That failure alone should be his sorry legacy.

16. Like Colin Powell, Alan Greenspan lost all respect by sucking
up to Bush. Greenspan was respected all over the world when he worked with Clinton. When you lay down with dogs you get up with fleas.
