Trying to help in the continuous effort to get positive publicity for the city of New Orleans. Please vote for Lara's video of her hometown of New Orleans. She is one of 4 finalists in "best hometown" contest. Thanks very much.

heard you were having some high winds and heavy rain....are you and yours OK? The weather here is terrible, some streets are flooded...Lafayette will be getting your weather in a few hours. Stay safe.

Actually not as bad as a big summer thunderstorm.

It looks like Lafayette and New Orleans are getting a lot more rain and wind.
