Meanwhile back in Iraq on Monday: 7 U.S. troops die in Iraq vehicle accident

AGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- Seven U.S. troops were killed near Baghdad early Monday in a vehicle rollover accident, U.S. officials told CNN.
Officials do not believe any hostile fire was involved. The exact location and the unit were not available as officials attempted to notify next of kin in the United State.
