When I was a little kid I was watching an episode of M*A*S*H with my Arapaho mom and grandma. It was an episode where Radar was dressed up like a woman and one of the other characters said he looked like a ninny. We all started laughing so hard we cried. See, in Arapaho, the word for breast is pronounced nin-nay which is close to ninny. So, for us it was just a confirmation that Radar looked like a boob. In fact, there are a lot of words from other languages are similarly pronounced or pronounced just the same but they have no relationship to how they are used in English.
