Why Doesn't * Just Overturn L Craig's Guilty Plea?
Hell, if asshole can commute part of Scooter's sentence, why doesn't he just declare Larry Craig innocent and have the court throw out his guilty plea?

DemocratSinceBirth, you are right, President cannot pardon for state convictions.
