1. Not yet! But it's looking good.
/fitz did a very good job in his presentation, and I know he will do just as well in crossing the Defence witnesses...whoever they might be. (Stillhoping for Cheney, but I doubt he's appear!)

Patience everyone. The end of this mess is close. Take a deep breath andwait for the outcome.

3. Loved how the prosecution tried to get the Fitzmas name into the record
http://www.tbo.com/news/nationworld/MGB2B5B5YXE.html

"Any possibility that Mr. Fitzgerald is Santa Claus?" Wells asked Russert, referring to special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald.

"I'm sorry?" Russert said.

Wells asked the question again, and Russert said no, he did not consider the prosecutor to be that figure. Wells also asked Russert whether he considered presents under the tree to mean an indictment of the former White House aide. Russert replied that he did not consider that the case.

4. Wells is Libby's defense attorney ... but yes, it was interesting.
It seems the blogosphere's 'Fitzmas' neologism reached the corridors of Casa Blanca corruption.
