3. Means, motive, opportunity. |
|
It hasn't been ruled a homicide (yet) but, if Mr. Stern is not at least "a person of interest" in the death of Anna Nicole, something is very wrong.

5. When I first heard about this my immediate thought was |
|
suicide, that perhaps her son's death was just too much. But with sleazy shyster Stern in the picture, I don't know. It's all very messy.

6. he's not legally her husband |
|
they were never legally married. Which means that if he is not the biological father of the baby, then he has no claim to any money she left - other than "attorney's fees' since he claims to be her attorney.

11. right but he could raise the child |
|
and get access to the money saying that he needed it for the child's expenses - which are his own expenses.

Somebody who spent the last twenty years boozing and drugging wanted to die?
Why, I'd think they were in love with life.
It must be some sort of conspiracy.

|
They had a ceremony but not a legal marriage ceremony. The new info is that they were planning to have a legal ceremony on Feb. 23.
