Every time there are rumors, the tiny but very wealthy and lobbying Cuban-Americans pump up the rest of the Miami Cubans by telling them that the police will have "trouble" keeping people off the streets. Ahem. Unlike the propaganda masters in Miami (the mega-rich Cuban-Americans), the rest of Cuban-Americans work very hard and can't take off work to go celebrate in the streets. About the only ones they'll be able to get on the streets will be the Cuban-Americans that live off the special Cuban welfare designed by Congress for Cubans only. They don't work.
