According to CNN the US runs the Iraqi Govt.

It was very detailed about the Iraqi military and other aspects. Stated it's ran by the US. Then CNN talks about the new intelligence estimate and how the Iraqi government is unstable.

So we have an unstable Iraqi Govt. ran by the US.
