CNBC has bush countdown in crawler
Edited on Thu Aug-23-07 06:38 AM by radfringe
last night I was channel surfing - paused briefly on CNBC to see what the stock numbers were for the day

As I watched the crawlers - I burst out laughing, when I saw this little blurb crawling:

517 days until 2009 inauguration

4. Very telling
It will be the financial community who ends up turning on Bush and the GOP. Not all businesses sectors are tied to government contracts and they won't stand by while Bush continues to sow economic meltdown.

All those business leaders who loved him for his tax breaks and loopholes for hiding money offshore aren't happy with the current economic situation or with running up the debt to feed the Iraq mess. Let's hope Dem leaders in Congress are wise enough to use that momentum to get sane policies in place.

No way do I see them supporting an invasion of Iran.

6. Before it's over, do you think every 'news' station will be running it? Most folks in this
miserable country can hardly wait to shed this fascist group of loonies.
